Cancellation of the reservation

You are informed that in accordance with the provisions of Art. 74 LGDCyU, the legal regulation relating to the right of withdrawal will not apply to reservations made through www.hotelenviaalmeria.com, the general conditions being applicable in any case and individuals of the reservation in terms of cancellation, which may be made effective with respect to reservations made through www.hotelenviaalmeria.com, through the alternatives listed below (for reservations made through other channels, consult the specific conditions of application): 

1- Sending an e-mail with the identification data of the reservation to the email address reservas@enviahotel.com and expressly indicating your willingness to cancel the reservation. The cancellation date will be the one in which Hotel Send, through the aforementioned means, has notice of your intention to cancel all or part of the reserved stay. 

Deadline for communicating cancellation

You are expressly informed that the cancellation of the reservation made through www.hotelenviaalmeria.com may entail the application of processing costs, estimated either generically or specifically based on the date on which notice of such cancellation is received; all this according to the minimum notice period and amount of the expense that in each case had been foreseen in this regard in the reservation conditions.

In the absence of a specific forecast, by default it will be understood that the minimum advance notice to notify the cancellation will be two (2) days before the expected date of arrival at the hotel (check in), and 7 days before in the months of July and August In this case, the following processing or penalty costs are applicable, as the case may be:

Cancellation communicated 2 days before the arrival date (except July and August which will be 7 days in advance): No charges.

No show (no show on the reservation start day)

Unless the cancellation has been made effective in accordance with the preceding paragraphs, in case of not showing up at the hotel before 12:00 hours on the day following the start date of the reservation, the reservation will be fully canceled automatically and You will be charged the amount of the first night of the reservation.

The use of the services or the contracting of products of HOTEL ENVÍA ALMERIA SPA & GOLF (DESERTISLABLANCA SL) implies the acceptance of this contract, you declare and accept: 

1. Be of legal age (over 18 years) and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on the HOTEL ENVIA website, stating that you understand and understand all the conditions found on the website.

Only in case of not showing up on the day of arrival without prior cancellation, the Hotel will send the invoice corresponding to one night for cancellation expenses, (amount already paid by the client at the time of making the reservation) sending it to the address manifested when registering.

 10. In the event of abandonment of the accommodation establishment prior to the departure date included in the reservation, the refund claim must be sent to HOTEL ENVIA within twenty days following the effective date of departure. It must be accompanied by the written confirmation issued by the Hotel which reflects the effective date and time of departure.

 11. All offers will only be valid for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients of the service for their effective contracting through the system established at www.hotelenviaalmeria.com.

 12. The price of the reservation includes accommodation and the regime chosen by the client at the time of booking. It does not include any other optional 'extras' or any other service that is not expressly contracted through the www.hotelenviaalmeria.com system.

Modification of the reservation
