Complaints channel

This channel has the objective of serving as a communication channel to denounce and detect irregular or illicit behaviors within the companies that make up the AzuLineHotels trademark, related to the AzuLineHotels Code of Ethics, current laws and/or any other related to non-compliance with current regulations.

Through this channel, all the members of the AzuLineHotels companies such as those external people, but with a connection to it (suppliers, external consulting, clients...) can report said behaviors, so that the corresponding internal body processes and investigates the facts in order to find out if The regulations are not being complied with.

The complaints may be anonymous, however, if this option is not chosen, the confidentiality of the complainant will always be guaranteed.

That is why Tojuaca Ibiza SA undertakes to adopt all reasonable measures so that they are suppressed or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate. In accordance with the rights conferred by current regulations on data protection, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of treatment, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data as well as the consent given for the treatment of them, sending your request to the postal address indicated above or to the email legal@azinehotels.com. You may go to the competent control authority to file the claim you deem appropriate.
