1. Reservations and prices
- Users have the obligation to pay the amount of the services contracted at the time of the presentation of the invoice in the same establishment or under the agreed conditions.
- The apartments may request a prior guarantee of payment with a credit card for the contracted services, as agreed.
- The accommodation reservation begins at 2:00 p.m. on the first day of the contracted period and ends at 12:00 on the day indicated as the departure date. The extension in the occupation for a longer time than described will cause the duty to pay one more day.
- Stay in the apartments of more people than those who have been hired will not be allowed. In that case, the rate set for the royal stay will be paid. Only registered customers are allowed access to rooms. In no case can the maximum capacity for each apartment be exceeded.
- The services of the property or of the units of the accommodation offered for an additional amount are not included in the price of the accommodation.

2. Operation of the establishment and services
