Internal Regime Regulations
In accordance with article 13 of Decree 47/2004 of February 10, Hotel Establishments, BOJA No. 42, of March 2, 2004, the establishment has the following Internal Regime Regulations, which will be mandatory for the clients of the establishment.
1. Reservations and prices
- Users have the obligation to pay the amount of the contracted services at the time of the presentation of the invoice in the same establishment or under the agreed conditions
- The hotel may request a prior guarantee of payment by credit card for the contracted services, in accordance with the applicable regulations and make the corresponding charge in the account of the users for damages or damages produced in the facilities, furniture and elements of the establishment due to negligence or misuse of those, Prior to the corresponding complaint and other opportune legal procedures, always in accordance with the provisions of current regulations regarding consumers and users.
- The accommodation reservation begins at 2:00 p.m. on the first day of the contracted period and ends at 12:00 on the day indicated as the departure date. The extension in the occupation for a longer time than described will cause the duty to pay one more day. Room reservations or stays in them are not allowed by unaccompanied minors by an adult who is responsible for them at all times. The responsible adult must provide a written authorization from the custodian of the minor.
- The stay of two people will not be allowed in a double room that would have been hired as for individual use. In that case, the fixed rate for double use will be paid. Access to rooms is only allowed for registered clients at the hotel.
- The services of the property or of the units of the accommodation offered for an additional amount are not included in the price of the accommodation.
- There is an annex of prices with the detail of them.
2. Operation of the establishment and services
- At the reception you will be given the identification card, this accredits you as a guest of the hotel. Always take it with you inside the facilities to avoid unnecessary controls.
- The electrical installation of its room is 220 volts.
- They will be provided subject to the technical conditions of the provider the services of television, telephone, Internet, Wi-Fi, etc. Not being responsible is the establishment of the interruptions that may occur, nor of the quality of the signal.
- The schedules of all the services offered by the hotel must be respected, signposted at their entrance. Some hours may change depending on the time of year.

- The cleaning hours of the rooms are from 08:00 to 16:00, with service on duty until 8:00 p.m. In case you want to clean the room, you will have to hang the notice of “Please fix the room” on the outside of the door of the room. In case you wish you were not disturbed, hang the “Please do not bother” notice on the outside of your bedroom door.
3. Right of admission
According to the criteria of the address of the establishment, the access or/and the permanence of people in the establishment will be prevented in the following cases:
- When the capacity has been completed with the users who are inside the enclosure.
- When the closing time of the establishment has been exceeded.
- When you lack the minimum age established to access the premises, according to the current regulations.
- When the person who intends to access has not paid what is due in the cases in which it is required.
-When the person manifests violent attitudes, especially when they behave aggressively or cause altercations, cause dangerous situations or discomfort to other attendees, or do not meet hygiene conditions.
- When the person carries weapons and objects that can be used as such, unless in accordance with the provisions at each moment by the specific measure Applicable, in the case of members of the security forces and bodies or private escorts integrated in private companies, and access the establishment in the exercise of their functions.
- When the person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or shows symptoms of having consumed them, and those who show obvious signs or behaviors of being intoxicated.
- When it causes noises that disturb the normal development of the establishment.
- When adopting measures or attitudes against health and cleanliness of the establishment.
- When you violate the normal social coexistence of the establishment. However, and in the cases described above, the person is obliged to pay the expenses that he has generated up to the time of the prohibition of access or permanence in the establishment.
- The access of people accompanied by animals is prohibited, with the exception of people accompanied by a guide dog, as established by Law 5/1998, of November 23, related to the use in Andalusia of guide dogs by people with visual dysfunctions.
4. Rules during the stay
- The circulation and stay within the establishment will be in the places reserved for customers, without these being able to access in any case the rooms or spaces reserved or private. The clothing or clothing will be the usual ones in each case.
- It is forbidden to use towels, bed linen and other clothes in the room outside of it.
- The use of the pool loungers is free, without being able to be reserved unilaterally by the client at any time of the day. You must go to the hotel staff to make the reservation. The hotel staff will be able to remove the towels that are on the sunbeds that are not used for at least 60 consecutive minutes, provided that there are other users waiting to occupy them and transfer the personal belongings that existed in it to the reception of the hotel.
- Access to the restaurant or buffet or dining rooms of the establishment with work or bathroom clothing is not allowed, even if it is dry.
- Do not bring household items (glasses and covers, for example) to the room.
- It is not allowed to take food or drink from the dining rooms of the establishment.
- Food or drink cannot be introduced into the hotel to be consumed inside the establishment.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment, except in outdoor terraces.
- Extreme caution if you use iron in your accommodation
- The furniture and utensils of the rooms, as well as the other rooms of the establishment, are part of the services provided and have been arranged with the intention of making the stay of the clients as pleasant as possible, for which an adequate and respectful use of them is requested. In any case, they are the property of the establishment, so that, in case of loss, theft or unjustified deterioration of them, the establishment reserves the right to demand its corresponding payment.
- Respect the areas in which the facilities are located during the night and nap hours. In general, avoid making noise unnecessarily, especially at night.
- The use of musical instruments or instruments is not allowed when due to their volume they can bother the rest of the clients or normal development of the establishment.
- The entry of glass bottles or other sharp or sharp containers into the pool area is prohibited.
- The pool is for the exclusive use of customers. Under article 25 of BOJA Decree 23/1999, it is mandatory to shower before the use of the pool; It is forbidden to jump from the curb; It is forbidden to play with objects such as balls, mats, etc. Topless is not allowed.
- Entry into the hotel is not allowed to a wet person without shoes.
- Take special care when walking when you see our “wet floor” posters.
- The establishment is not responsible for valuables according to the rental conditions of the safe. Deposit all valuables in your room safe. The establishment is not responsible for theft or loss of objects not deposited at the reception under deposit.
5. Security Recommendations
- Monitor and control your luggage do not leave you unattended.
- Close the door of your room when you leave it and try to open it again to make sure it is properly closed, even if it is only for a short time.
- Keep the door closed when in the room.
- Close the luggage when not in use and place it in your closet. If your luggage has a lock, always use it.
- Protect your room key. If you are given a conventional key, do not simply leave the key at the reception desk, always return the key in hand or in the drawer enabled for this purpose before leaving. If a key-card has been given, please keep it with you until the day of departure.
- Do not keep the key of the safe together with the room key or any document indicating the establishment or the room number.
- Immediately notify the address of any abnormal facts that you appreciate as: people in a suspicious attitude in the corridors, repeated phone calls from people who do not identify themselves, calls to the door of your room from people unknown to you, or not find anyone when you come to open it.
- Do not bother if you are asked at the reception or any other department that is identified.
- Do not display jewelry, money, or valuables in your room.
- Do not invite strangers to your room, or tell them your number.
- Do not allow repair personnel to enter your room without being clearly identified as an employee with your nameplate.
- Do not allow people to enter your room with deliveries that have not been requested.
- When you establish social relationships with unknown people, do not reveal the name of your hotel or the number of your room.
- Do not discuss specific plans for future excursions, departures, etc. In public or with strangers.
- Do not show the key to your room in public places.
- The establishment is not responsible for the money, jewelry or objects of value that have not been deposited in the hotel custody service.
